Now that you have qualified as an assessor,or perhaps almost there, there may be some aspects of the job role, for which you would require some additional support. Hopefully these areas were highlighted within your Personal Development Plan ( PDP ) which formed an important part of your portfolio of evidence ( POE ), but even if not, you have come to the right place.
In addition to our very pro-active FAQ page, you are encouraged to email us with any query arising from assessments of both domestic and commercial properties and we will respond as quickly as we can, ( usually well within 24hours ).
We are also pleased to provide additional help and guidance with arithmetic, measurement and basic drawing enquiries, supplemented by our specifically designed on-line tests which you are very welcome to try at your leisure.
Web Presence
Once you have qualified it is certainly a good idea to have a website that you can advertise to your prospective clients and to show examples of work you are doing, rates you charge, and any specific‘special offers’ or promotions that you may consider offering to help establish your business.
It is surprising the amount of exposure even a small website can get, and could generate a good number of commissions. It also means that you can link your site to other organizations connected with Energy Assessments, who, in turn, may direct their visitors to your site.
We can provide you with an excellent web-hosting service at a very reasonable monthly cost, complete with a comprehensive design service. If you are interested in discussing these options please do not hesitate to email us with your thoughts and ideas.
