Area Calculation Exercise

The energy assessor has measured the semi-detached flat shown on the floor plan and drawn up his notes as shown, to a scale of 1:50.
The corridor between the flats is heated,and shared.
 
 
 
  1. Calculate the floor area of the flat
  2. Calculate the length of the sheltered wall
  3. Calculate the heat loss perimeter ( HLP )
  4. Count up the number of habitable rooms
Once you have calculated the areas and lengths, enter your answers and check if you are correct.
